- 7 fully automated production lines** for 32700 cylindrical cells (6Ah)

Focus on LFP Cylindrical Cell Manufacturing
The project centered on Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cylindrical cells, known for their safety, long cycle life, and cost-effectiveness. Our manufacturing process incorporates advanced automation and precision engineering to ensure high consistency and reliability across high-volume production.
Key Process Highlights:
1. Electrode Coating & Drying
Precision slurry application and controlled drying ensure uniform electrode thickness and optimal active material distribution for enhanced cell performance.
2. Cell Assembly & Winding
Fully automated winding systems produce tightly controlled jelly rolls, minimizing variation and improving energy density and structural integrity.
3. Electrolyte Filling & Sealing
Automated filling systems with vacuum environments ensure thorough electrolyte saturation, followed by laser welding for hermetic sealing.
4. Formation & Aging
Smart formation protocols activate cells under controlled conditions, followed by aging and grading to guarantee performance consistency and safety before shipment.
