Service Overview
I've spoken to many lab teams stuck with inconsistent slurry-this vacuum mixing tank changes that. We use it in our facility, so I can vouch for it.
Its dual planetary stirring works seamlessly with a separate high-speed disperser. It handles lithium-ion, LFP, and NCM materials effortlessly, no constant adjustments needed. You'll find no hidden clumps or dead zones, and the strong vacuum function removes those tiny bubbles causing coating issues.
The jacketed barrel ensures stable temperatures for various recipes. Built with tough stainless steel and equipped with essential safety features, it's a reliable workhorse ready to meet your lab or pilot

FAQ
Q: What's the biggest issue this mixer solves for my lab?
A: If you've ever had to throw out batches because your slurry was clumpy or full of hidden bubbles, this fixes exactly that. We've talked to a lot of lab teams frustrated by inconsistent coatings ruining their work, and this mixer's design tackles both problems at once. The way it moves and blends the material means no leftover clumps stuck in corners, and the vacuum pulls out even the tiniest air pockets you can't see. It cuts down on wasted material and rework hours, which is a huge win for busy labs.
Q: How does it handle different cathode materials like LFP or NCM?
A: We tested this with both types ourselves, so I can say it works really reliably. Some mixers struggle with harder-to-blend materials like LFP, but the two-part mixing action here keeps everything moving evenly, no matter your recipe. You won't have to spend ages adjusting settings every time you switch materials-just load it up and run it. It's built to keep consistency, even with tricky formulas.
Q: Is cleaning this mixer a hassle for daily use?
A: Not at all, which was a big focus for us when we designed it. The smooth, polished barrel means slurry barely sticks, so a quick rinse between most batches is enough. The mixing parts also come apart easily without special tools, so deep cleaning when switching recipes is straightforward. It's made for labs running multiple tests a day, so it won't add extra stress to your workflow.
