5) Control system: function

  • Pressure control: The working pressure of the control box and transition chamber can be set freely within +/- 10mbar, and the system will automatically protect if it exceeds +/- 15mbar;
  • Automatic pumping and charging: The large transition chamber automatically pumps vacuum and replenishes air with one button.
  • Automatic cleaning: One-key automatic replacement and cleaning of the internal atmosphere of the cabinet.
  • Automatic alarm: the water and oxygen alarm value can be set, when the water oxygen exceeds the set value, an automatic alarm will prompt.
  • System warning: An error occurs in system operation, and an error message or warning message is displayed.
  • Leakage rate detection: With oxygen-containing method and pressure method leakage rate detection function, it can automatically detect the leakage rate of the cabinet to prevent leakage of component damage.
  • Data record: Automatically record the water and oxygen record of the equipment operation and display historical data
  • Box protection: When the box pressure is less than the set value, the large transition chamber will be automatically closed to supply air to prevent the vacuum negative pressure from causing damage to the glove box.
  • Foot pedal: Control the pressure of the box body, convenient to operate the pressure increase and decrease
  • Chemical software calculation: PLC is equipped with chemical software calculation, which can realize functions such as calculation of molecular weight, chemical reaction chemical dosage, and calculator.

6) Display system:
Siemens PLC touch screen smart 700 is used to display operating status, cabinet pressure, system records, etc.

7) Control of vacuum system
British EDWARDS vacuum pump, which can be started manually or through PLC, with a flow rate of 12m3/h, which can vacuum the transition chamber and maintain the pressure balance of the tank. The ultimate vacuum of the vacuum pump is less than or equal to 2x10-1pa.

8) Oxygen Sensor

Performance Acceptance Criteria:

Under standard conditions, that is, a constant temperature of 20℃, a standard atmospheric pressure, an inert gas source of 99.999%, and an empty box operation, the water and oxygen index is less than 1 ppm.
