Service Overview

 

The lithium ion battery coating machine is a high-precision automatic transfer coating machine designed for battery electrode production, including lithium-ion (LiFePO4, NMC, LCO), supercapacitor, and oil/water-based coating applications. With a 450mm max web width and 4.5-meter drying oven (3×1.5m sections), it ensures uniform coating at speeds of 1–4 m/min, handling viscosities of 1,000–12,000 cP for aqueous and 2,500–10,000 cP for solvent-based slurries.

Working Principle

 

The battery coating machine feeds metal foil from the unwinding unit and applies electrode slurry through a precision coating head.
