Service Overview
The lithium ion battery coating machine is a high-precision automatic transfer coating machine designed for battery electrode production, including lithium-ion (LiFePO4, NMC, LCO), supercapacitor, and oil/water-based coating applications. Working Principle
The battery coating machine feeds metal foil from the unwinding unit and applies electrode slurry through a precision coating head. The coated electrode passes through the drying oven where solvents are removed under controlled temperature conditions. After drying, the electrode sheet is collected by the rewinding system for further battery manufacturing processes.
