Complete Production Process Flow
- Electrode Preparation
Battery materials are mixed into slurry, coated onto metal foil, dried and calendered to achieve the required electrode thickness and density.
- Electrode Slitting
Coated electrodes are cut into precise widths suitable for specific cell formats.
- Cell Assembly
Electrodes and separators are wound (cylindrical) or stacked to form the internal core.
- Welding & Insertion
Tabs are welded, and the cell core is inserted into the casing to ensure structural integrity.
- Electrolyte Filling
Electrolytes are injected under controlled conditions to enable ion transport inside the cell.
- Sealing & Vacuum Drying
Cells are sealed and dried to remove moisture and contaminants.
- Formation & Aging
Cells undergo initial charge/discharge cycles to stabilize internal chemistry and form the SEI layer.
- Testing & Grading
Final cells are tested for capacity, voltage, resistance, and safety, then sorted by performance grade.
