Features
1. Suitable for standardized production of 18650/21700/26650/32700 battery packs, other models can be customized.
2. Simple operating system, equipped with a 7.5-inch true-color touch screen, intelligent design, easy to learn and understand.
3. Control system: self-developed, three programming options available, manual input, CAD import, array input, supports breakpoint start.
4. Equipped with virtual welding alarm, automatic re-welding and manual re-welding, reminder for needle repair, and fault alarm system.
5. Built-in dual air-cooling needle cooling device, extending service life.
6. X-axis and Y-axis use Taiwan TPI ball screws and HIWIN guide rail design, driven by motors.
7. The head uses linear bearings as mechanical motion modules.
