Our vacuum oven with vacuum pump integrates a high-performance oil-free pump for hassle-free, contamination-free operation-ideal for labs, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. The all-in-one design eliminates extra installation, delivering rapid evacuation down to 133Pa (1torr) and precise temperature control (RT+10℃ to 200℃, optional 500℃ high-temp model).

Key features include digital PID regulation, 304 stainless steel chambers, and safety interlocks to protect heat-sensitive samples. (2)Introduction to the main structure of the equipment:
1.The equipment frame is welded as a whole, and is sprayed with high temperature and other anti-rust treatments, making it beautiful and durable.
2.The stainless steel liner is welded by a robot and subjected to triple pressure testing.
3.The equipment adopts one-piece silicone rubber composite sealing ring, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion and has good sealing effect.
4.High vacuum uses aluminum plate as the sealing surface of the door panel, which has good flatness and small deformation. All door panel hinges are subjected to stress test and gravity test to ensure that there is no deformation or distortion during the opening and closing process. Extra heavy door panels are equipped with load-bearing support devices.
5.Adopt customized high vacuum flapper valve and equipped with imported seals. It is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature-resistant.
6.All air source inlets are equipped with filter and pressure regulating dual-joints, which is beneficial to prolong the service life of pneumatic components and ensure working stability.
(3)Introduction to the electrical control part of the equipment:
1.All electrical components use genuine national standard components and comply with national standards.
2.It uses a warped-fin stainless steel heating tube with a large heat exchange area and stable heating.
3.It adopts high temperature resistant and high speed fan with large air volume and uniform heat exchange.
4.The touch screen integrates all human-computer interactions, with a simple interface and rich functions.
5.It adopts big brand PLC programmable controller, which has high market share, strong stability, easy maintenance and good technical versatility.
6.Fully intelligent temperature controller or temperature control module with 485 communication, full-time PID (proportional, differential, integral) operation temperature control, all heating modules are equipped with control failure protection function, and use independent temperature control system as protection unit.
7.Adopting control logic based on more than ten years of industry experience, it is constantly refined and evolved. The control is stable and the functions are practical.

Equipment operation instructions


1.Through the touch screen cycle setting interface, the parameters such as oven heating time, nitrogen heating temperature, vacuum baking time, nitrogen filling, number of cycles, etc. are set. The intelligent controller automatically completes the following functions: vacuuming, heating - filling with dry gas - vacuuming - filling with dry gas (repeated cycle) - after all steps are completed, the oven automatically starts the cooling program and cools down to the set shutdown temperature. The oven displays that baking is completed and prompts.
2.Each studio works independently and is heated independently; the temperature control system and super temperature control system can work independently or simultaneously. Each cavity can be evacuated and filled with nitrogen independently. Program logic control prevents gas cross-talk between cavities and prevents them from interfering with each other.
3.Each cavity is equipped with an independent temperature control system, an over-temperature protection warning system, and a heating pipe temperature protection system. Each system can operate independently to prevent over-temperature.
4.In order to meet different usage scenarios, this equipment is divided into two vacuum baking modes:
1.Pressure-maintaining mode (e.g., set the upper limit to 100pa and the lower limit to 200pa , i.e., when the vacuum degree reaches 100pa , the vacuum valve is closed, and when the vacuum degree reaches 200pa , the vacuum valve is opened to start vacuum replenishment).
2. Direct pumping mode (e.g., after the vacuum is reached, the vacuum pump and vacuum valve are not turned off, and the vacuum pump continues to pump.)

3.Temperature uniformity: ≤±3℃ in vacuum, ≤±2℃ in normal pressure; (no load, after temperature stabilization, at each point in the cavity 50MM away from the wall)
4.Heating time: ≤30 minutes (no load, rising to 100°C);
5.Ultimate vacuum degree: ≤20Pa (no-load, when the test vacuum pump is Edward GXS160/1750);
6.Vacuum pressure maintenance: 24H vacuum leakage ≤500Pa (meeting the leakage requirements under constant temperature, constant humidity and constant pressure conditions), the pressure maintenance function can maintain pressure for a long time; with self-vacuum replenishment function.
7.Thermal insulation performance: the outer surface temperature of the box is ≤ room temperature + 15°C (except the contact surface of the heating cavity mouth) ;
