Device Composition
This device consists of three components: a scanning system, a test fixture, and an OCV testing system.
Scan Code System
Scan the cell manually.
After scanning, upload the cell data to the host computer software.
Test the robotic arm system
The test fixture consists of a lifting mechanism, a test probe mechanism, and a cell positioning mechanism.
After the QR code scanning is completed, the positioning mechanism will position the battery cell. Once positioning is complete, the test robot arm will descend with the probe mechanism to perform an Open-Circuit Voltage (OCV) test on the battery cell.
The test pressing adopts the cylinder method.
