Service Overview
We developed this electrolyte filling machine specifically for lithium-ion and sodium-ion cell production. The positive displacement pump paired with mass flow control keeps dosing accuracy within ±0.5% - this level of precision is what we've found to be critical for consistent cell performance and cycle life.
Before filling, the system runs vacuum drying and pre-vacuum cycles to remove residual moisture and air, which prevents oxidation and gas formation in the finished cells. It works with most standard electrolytes, including high-volatility formulations. We've built in drip-free valves, all-stainless-steel fluid paths, and automated cleaning cycles to minimize corrosion and cross-contamination between batches.
