2.Control Technology: Utilizes microcomputer intelligent fuzzy humidity inertial system control technology. The sensor is imported from the United States, a Honeywell brand, with a digital frequency output port, offering high versatility, easy replacement, high accuracy, minimal annual drift, and strong anti-interference capabilities.
3.Humidity Control Module: The housing is constructed of South Korean engineering plastic, heat-resistant to over 300°C and designed for a service life of over 30 years. The molecular sieve is imported from Germany, and the double-memory alloy spring is imported from Sweden, ensuring durability and fatigue resistance. This moisture-proof cabinet is motor-free and features thermal insulation, magnetic isolation, anti-static, dust-proof, anti-theft, low power consumption, and no consumables. This makes it environmentally friendly, energy-saving, silent, pollution-free, and drip-proof.
4.Display: 3-window digital display (LED digital tube: 1 for temperature, 1 for humidity, and 1 for dynamic humidity display), allowing intuitive visualization of humidity changes within the chamber.
5.Power-off protection and memory function: After a power outage, the system ensures the humidity rise within the chamber is less than 10% (within 24 hours). A memory function eliminates the need for resetting after a power outage.
6.Operating Principle: Humidity sensor (humidity and temperature signals) → microcomputer (CPU central processing unit) → heater (polymer PTC constant temperature heating module) → intelligent shape memory alloy (alloy shape changes with temperature) → balance spring (same alloy as standard balance spring).
