Main Functions

● HF-ZJ is designed for continuous calendering of lithium-ion battery electrode sheets. It compresses coated electrode materials to achieve the required electrode density and thickness, and the processed electrode rolls are collected through the rewinding system.

● The machine adopts a 45# steel frame structure with a large slider design, providing high load capacity, excellent rigidity, low deformation, and stable performance under high rolling force and speed conditions.

● The equipment is equipped with electrode edge trimming and roller surface cleaning mechanisms to maintain stable production quality. It also features automatic edge alignment, tension-controlled rewinding, and an electrode sheet buffer system for continuous and stable electrode processing.

● The pneumatic pressurization system controls roller movement through the HMI interface. The constant-pressure control system automatically adjusts hydraulic pressure, while operators can set roller gap parameters directly through the HMI.
