1.Battery electrode : intermittent coating battery electrode , electrode aluminum foil thickness 5 ~ 20um , electrode coating roller press continuous slitting into specified width, width error ± 0.2mm, electrode meandering error less than ± 1.0mm /1000mm, and reeled with 3-inch reel core, maximum reel diameter 400mm ; reeling accuracy ± 1.0mm; coating intermittent consistency error < ± 0.5mm (coating, slitting), tab welding blank width at least 2mm wider than tab ;
2.The adhesive tape is pasted along the width of the electrode , the width error of the adhesive tape is ±0.2mm (tape material), and it is not easy to break when opening the adhesive tape;
3.Tab width error: ±0.1mm, tab meander error: 0.2mm/500mm ( tab material).
