Service Overview
This laser battery cap welding machine is used for welding cylindrical battery caps. Its principle is to use a high-energy beam focused on the part surface to locally heat and melt the material, forming a weld. Key features of this process include non-contact welding, eliminating stress and deformation caused by external forces; a very small heat-affected zone; and the ability to weld multiple points simultaneously, ensuring reliable welds. The dedicated welding software offers powerful functionality and a user-friendly interface. It supports file formats such as PLT, DXF, BMP, and AI.
Process parameters are easily switchable, with built-in welding process files for 18650/21700/26700/32700, tailored to manufacturer specifications, allowing for direct switching and recall.1.2 Operation process：

The technical solutions described in this agreement belong to the commercial secrets of Party B. Party A shall not disclose the contents of this agreement to any third party without authorization;
This agreement, as the basis for equipment manufacturing and acceptance, has the same legal effect as the "Purchase Contract" signed by Party A, but if there is a conflict between the two, the terms of the main contract shall prevail;
This agreement is in duplicate, one for each party, and each has the same legal effect.
If a dispute arises during the negotiation or performance of this agreement, the two parties shall negotiate to resolve it. If the negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be filed in the court where Party A is located.
