5v 6A 512 Channel Cylindrical Battery Aging Machine
This battery aging chamber has 512 channels. It works for both cylindrical lithium‑ion and sodium‑ion cells. The main formats it handles are 18650, 21700, 26650.
Each channel does up to 6A charge or discharge. Voltage accuracy is within ±0.05%. For charging, the voltage range goes from 0 to 5V; for discharging, it runs from 5V down to 1.5V. That covers most cylindrical cell needs – formation, grading, and aging.
We've used this machine for both R&D and small production runs. It's straightforward to set up, and the channel count means you can process a decent batch at once without babysitting each cell.

1.1.1 Equipment overview
This equipment is mainly for the battery formation/capacitance of the voltage,
capacityand other parameters of the test, according to the test results of the battery Level classification and data analysis and uploading and sharing and other work.
1.1.2 Device features
1. Single point independence, independent constant current and constant voltage source, stable without shock. It can realize functions such as start, stop, pause, continue and
protection.
2. The equipment is controlled by STM32 single-chip microcomputer and works by
connecting to a computer. All test data and curves can be saved. It can also be directly
operated through the equipment keyboard panel to set the process to complete the test and perform sorting.
3. Detect and display the status of each battery in real time. If there is any abnormality, the work of this channel will be stopped and the indicator light will be on.
4. It has power-off protection function and can continue to run according to the original workflow after power-on.
5. The power transistor adopts field effect transistor, which is suitable for batteries with low voltage discharge, such as lithium iron phosphate batteries.
6. Adopt graphical operation interface, which is intuitive and clear. At the same time, it displays data such as voltage, current, time and capacity of each battery, and different colors can be set to display the corresponding working status and abnormal conditions.
7. The equipment accuracy is 0.05%, the data recording time is 1 second/time, and the stability is high.
8. The software has powerful functions and a friendly human-machine interface.
